Nice fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom apartments in a pretty area of San Borja, Lima-Peru. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood surrounded by small parks, located in the Urbanizacion Juan XXIII. Short walking distances from a commercial area with shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, Movie Theater etc. Ten minutes away (by taxi) from district of Miraflores (tourist area).
Includes everything for your stay: Linens, towels, cable TV with English channels, wireless internet, completely equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffe maker, blender, kitchen utensils, iron and board. Hot water 24 hours a day. Apartments has a washer and dryer.
The first floor apartment has a inside patio. The second floor apartment has a balconi. Each one has 2 bedrooms,.the first bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have big closets from wall to wall with a dresser inside. They have big living room and a big dinning room.The bathrooms has a shower..
.We require a minimum stay of one week.
The apartment has a maximum of 4 guests, unless special arrangements are made. $25.00 per additional person.

A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 is necessary. Upon returning the keys at check out, the security deposit will be refunded to you.
Notes:
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the apartment. We kindly ask that you use the patios.
- We can lend you a cell phone. Incoming calls are free. For outgoing calls, a rechargeable card is needed. Cards are easily found for few soles (Peruvian money)
- We offer pick up from the airport for the amount of $25.00
- We ask $20.00 for the final cleaning
